Room preparation and information:
Checking that rooms are clean and ready for guests, and providing them with necessary information about their room, such as amenities and location.
Guest inquiries and information:
Assisting guests with any questions or concerns they may have during their stay, offering guidance on local attractions, dining options, and providing information about resort policies and facilities.
Maintaining reception and front house cleanliness:
Keeping the reception area and surroundings clean, tidy, and presentable for a pleasant atmosphere.
Assisting with restaurant cleanliness:
Supporting restaurant staff in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards to enhance the dining experience for guests.
Front of house tasks:
Preparing beverages like juices, serving canned drinks, coffee, and tea at the reception area for guests' convenience.
Assisting in dive snack delivery:
